Terms and Conditions

Lesson Cancellations - All lesson types:

• A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel a lesson otherwise the pupil will be liable for the full tuition fee.

Pre-Paid: Block Bookings, Intensive Course

• Full fee must be paid in advance.
• All lessons must be used within 3 months or they become void and non-refundable.
• 5 and 10 hours pre-paid lessons non-refundable.
• 20, 30, 45 hours and 5 day pre-paid lessons - 50% refundable (plus £65 cancellation admin fee).

Driving Test

• ADIT Driving School has the final say on whether a pupil is ready to take the driving test, and whether the driving school car can be used.

Complaints Procedure

• Please contact the office with your complaint and we will address the situation as quickly as possible.
• If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you should contact the registrar of approved driving instructors who will consider the matter and advise accordingly.
